Really guys? Could've at least attempted to aim if you were slamming them chicken patties. Half of the cheese I paid extra for is stuck on the wraper and now I need to scrape it back onto the sandwich. Speed and quality need balancing here.

GREAT JACK IN YHE BOX DRIVE THRU OPENS 24 HOURS , NICE PLEASANT DRIVE THRU SERVICE. NICE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. POPCORN CHICKEN WAS CRUNCHY ON THE OUTSIDE JUICEY ON THE INSIDE , CUTE LITTLE BOX TOO. I WOULD COME BACK AGAIN TO THIS LOCATION IN BANNING CA. DWL8C8OUS FOODS TO CHOOSE FROM GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Understaffed and turning down customers. Real let down. Even called and offered to pay for delivery so we could order. The response was "sorry... No..." This is the 3rd Jack in the box that refused me service in the last 30 days.

Overall friendly. Kinda slow in preparing the food. Trying to make them go faster means you migth get all your food or the hot items will not be hot.

THIS MORNING AFTER LEAVING ONE JACK LOCATION IN BANNING THAT HAD OPEN SIGN ON BUT WASNT OPEN i PRECEEDED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION .. AT THIS LOCATION I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU AND WAS GREATED BY AN EMPLOYEE STATEING THERE SYSTEM WAS UPDATING FOR 28 MORE MINS. i STATED THAT i WOULD WAIT AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT .. BECAUSE THERE TIMER WAS GOING... this employee came outside and yelled at me because I chose to wait in the drive thru so that no one got in front of me and so that i dont waste my gas driving all the way from the other jack in the first place.. then she said if I didnt move they would refuse service to me...WHICH REALLY UPSET ME AND WAS UNNECESSARY , RUDE AND QUITE FRANKLY RUTHLESS FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO FEEL THEY HAVE TO THREATEN CUSTOMERS over a timer so MY suggestion is to have the employees turn off the open signs as the system updates and also to have the timers ALSO TURN OFF as to not reflect on the drive thru times IN CASE A CUSTOMER DECIDED TO WAIT OUT THE UPDATEING PROCESS... also perhaps a timer on the order screen counting down the amount of time the customer has to wait LETTING THEM DECIDE TO LEAVE OR NOT! would all be IDEAL and help transition both customer and employee to the start of a new day.. that employee WAS VERY RUDE AND iM SORRY BUT AT A CERTAIN POINT iM JUST GONNA SIT THERE ANYWAYS AND RUN UP THE TIMER JUST BECAUSE SHE PERSISTANTLY CAME OUTSIDE AND STARTED THREATENING ME... I am never going to another jack n the box againg until you change that policy of harrassing a customer for merely being a loyal customer

Drive thru takes forever here, most of the time I’ve come. Don’t come here during your lunch break because you wont make it back to work on time😪🤦🏻♀️
