Church's Texas Chicken

I had just finished a long hard detail in the desert of Yucca Valley, CA, so on my way home as I hit civilization :), I decide I would "Treat" myself to Church's Chicken for a job well done, small things make me happy, so happy I was at the anticipation of getting g the Chicken, I even started taking pictures as I arrived to share with my friends , well little did I know when I would pull up to the window for my order , the woman at the window treated me so rudley it was almost unsettling, so bad it was , I had to collect myself and say to her ""THATS NOT THE WAY YOU SHOUPD TREAT PEOPLE"", let alone your customer who had done nothing at all bit make an order. so I didn't even take the order, I have a simple rule, #1 Don't let people mistreat you a d #2 Never eat food from the hands if an angry or bitter spirited person and put that in your body , so I simply drive away, hungry and a bit hurt wondering what did I do to deserve such terrible treatment, was it my old decommissioned black and white patrol car or what it the black man inside ? either way I was over it until thus request for survey showed up, maybe it showed up for reason, that I should pray for them and truly let it go, I will, but immsure many of you can understand when someone mistreats us for no reason it can haunt a bit . (Trust me this was not just a mild attitude it was bad)

I mean, the chicken is good..... And some prices. "seemed" fair. But the customer service felt as if I were at a funeral service.😔 I really tried to get the guy to smile and remind him of being lucky just to wake up today...but he really didn't seem impressed and presented his self as though he was extremely bored and may be could care less if you did business there or not.I i sat there and ate as this was being repeated with next couple of customers. Honestly, this is one I just wont understand . I believe he is an owner there as well so... But like i said, chicken was ok and prices seemed fair and there is a drive-thru. So...☺ enjoy.

Was in the mood for some chicken and decided to make a stop here. Despite the many 1 star reviews I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Nas was helpful and did everything possible to make my first visit to a Church’s Chicken memorable! Chicken was hot and juicy. However I do agree with one thing in all the comments. The drive thru intercom is located right next to the freeway which makes it incredibly difficult to understand what is being said. Nas understood this and spoke loudly and clearly and was very helpful!
