Jack In The Box

The order taker said he couldn't make chicken nuggets and just add cheese sauce. I asked to speak to manager who sighed under his breath as if inconvenienced when I asked for chicken nuggets with cheese sauce saying "there's no tab for adding sauce" so he'd charge me 1.00 for the order under another item.....he seemed irritated by the whole request...cheese sauce I asked to be on on food. It wasn't....now it's separated..another disappointing visit.

This location is the worst every time I want jack and I never think about going to this location for the issues I’ve had in the past but tonight I decided to just give them another chance worst mistake they always mess up your order and when you go back they don’t want to replace it completely tonight I got a medium combo and was given the medium fries also my strips were raw and not eatable I paid for I was given a small or when you ask if your other food can be replaced since it’s cold they will answer you back “oh that’s not my problem” and always deny a refund there worst employee is a lady named Carmen poor customer service the worst ! Don’t waste your money here !

Workers made me feel weird about being there. They didn't say thank u or say anything welcoming. They were out of bbq but then they were also SUPER stingy with the ketchup packets. I was allotted 2 only, then after my request for more i was given 1 more packet. 😱😠 The employee saw me heading to the bathroom and didn't push the button for me to enter. They just allowed my daughter and me to use the bathroom with a broken door that didn't close all the way. No soap in in dispenser. Seemed super bleak and sad there. Will not be returning.only gave it 2 stars bc my fries were hot and fresh.
