Del Taco

This Del Taco claims to be open 24 hours which is an absolute lie. They got a big sign that says Del Taco is open right on the front of it but if you go there at 4:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning you will not be able to drive through and get any food. You will just be left with a bad taste in your mouth because you drove all the way to Del Taco thinking that the drive-thru is open 24 hours and it's not. What kind of a hole does this The kind that has a Del Taco.

Sat in the drive through for 20 min with only one person in front of me. Took about 10 min for the previous person to be helped. Sat at the speaker for another 10 min with NOTHING. No “well be right with you” or anything until a woman pulls up to the second window and starts telling them that we have all been waiting and multiple cars have left the drive through behind us. I get a “oh sorry dude” cant hear hardly anything out of the speaker system and this whole drive through was just redesigned! What a joke! This has happened to me multiple times since the new drive though was put in and I’ve been in this town for over 20 years. Done. Not coming back.

Dang I wish I read the reviews before going here. Looks like previous people had the same issue. We were on a road trip and decided to stop here to get a little something to hold us over. We'll that was a big mistake and waste of time. There were two cars that had already order. The lady made us wait for over 5 mins until we just gave up and left.

You know how sometimes you walk into a fast food restaurant and it is immediately apparent that things are well-rounded, clean, and the employees care about each other, their work, the food they are making, and you as a customer? This Del Taco location is one of those places! We went in for take-out, had special instructions for almost every item for our family of four, and got someone who was training on the register. She was sweetly helpful, and the support staff helping to train her was patient, friendly, and jumped in any time she needed to find something unusual or new. (Well done, Javier!!!! You are going places, such fantastic team building AND customer service! Hope you receive kudos from your management at this location!). The floor was clean in the kitchen (how many times do you see other restaurants literally slinging food on the floor and walking in it? Not here!!!), The restaurant was clean and we'll lit, and the team on the prep line was positive, encouraging each other, and hurrying to get orders prepped accurately. We'll be back!!!
