Friendly staff and welcoming environment, but it's pricey for what it is ($5 for a cinnamon roll that is typically only a couple of dollars at any donut shop). The blended coffee drinks are tasty and seem reasonable. The coffee is okay but nothing unique and there's no doubt about it that you're essentially paying for the atmosphere (which is pleasant). I usually take my coffee to go so I doubt I'll be a regular here as it isn't worth the value but if you're into the coffeehouse-hangout-scene, I could see how this might be worth the price.

The establishment is clean & organized, and the staff are so friendly. Jose and his staff make you feel welcomed, they acknowledge you when you enter Jitterz with a smile and a "Hello", and ensure your order is perfect. The coffee prices are less for some drinks, but comparable for most when compared to other coffee shops, but what sets Jitterz apart from other places is the friendly family feeling from the staff. I love coffee and have visited many coffee shops, I consider Jitterz one of the best.

My friend and I were charged $8.90 each for a cherry pastry and a mocha coffee. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order, and the place wasn't busy. The pastries were in the deli counter, and coffee just shouldn't take that long. After finally getting our orders, the pastry was so so at best, but the Mocha sucked. We tried adding cocoa powder, sugar, and more sugar, and more and more cream just to make it drinkable. It didn't help. For $9.00 and a 30 minute wait, the coffee and pastry should have been perfect, or at least drinkable. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Too many good coffee houses to choose from without wasting your time.
