I’m in Maine on vacation, visiting a friend l, and tonight was our second visit to Timber in less than 10 days! We were blown away by the excellent food and the amazing service! I wanted awesome seafood and they exceeded my expectations!! We tried so many dishes and drinks, and I can’t think of one negative thing yo say! 100stars!

Noonish Wednesday lunch for three during pandemic with a large party already in the private room. Only a moment longer wait than expected. Jason, our server, gave great attention with wonderful personality. Food was delicious and hot! Onion soup was well balanced, calamari was tender and fresh. Timber wings with pistachios was lovely and a bit sweet. Seafood chowder was plump with bits but a touch light on bacon flavor. Fish and chips was a melt in your mouth haddock. Get the malt vinegar. Dessert of crème brûlée, Buckeye chocolate cake and espresso drinks was exceptional. Definitely returning to explore the menu but a bit after lunch hour.

Timber Kitchen & Bar was quite possibly THE best dining experience we have ever had! The service, food, atmosphere, decor…everything, was way beyond our expectations. We had the surf and turf, calamari, dirty martini, and a couple of the desserts and were blown away. Not only that, but we had the best server, Katya, who went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience all around. We are staying at the Residence Inn, in the same building, and cannot wait to eat here again tonight. This place is truly a gem!!
