How can DQ’s ice cream machine be broken? It’s DQ! Everything here other than ice cream is awful!

The BBQ chicken strips are perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and just the right size for dipping. Plenty of sauce on the side. I enjoyed the fries as well but was not impressed with the "toast." It was mostly stiff but not browned and had runny/gloppy butter? margarine? on it that was basically flavorless grease. Next time I will say no toast.
The lady at the drive thru was really nice but she forgot to give me the cup of ice I paid for. I forgot too until I had driven away.

The paper towels were exceedingly generous. They were wide and dispensed plenty to ensure dry hands. Would definitely come back!

Bandon DQ was fabulous. We ordered some soft serve ice cream and because their machine was down, they gave us each an ice cream out of their freezer. Very nice service 👍⭐👍

Food was not fresh. Bun on the burger was hard. It seemed like the burger had been sitting under heat lamps for a while. The service was great and the place was clean. There were a few people inside and cars in the drive-thru.

My experience with any DQ is that they are a definite step up from the other fast food chains!

They close at 9 and I pulled in after a very long day of driving, at 8:56pm. I couldn't believe how incredibly nice they were when I apologized for arriving so late! The young man at the drive through told me, "no worries, it's fine!" Honestly I was so impressed by their attitude, im reviewing before even receiving my food! I am sure it'll be fine, but I really value customer service and I am really appreciative that they were so nice!
