The quality of Starbucks can sometimes vary. This one has good coffee and excellent baristas. We drive from Maryland to Philly a lot and have added this particular Starbucks to our good pitstop list.
I stop here in the morning sometimes and this has to be the happiest group of employees ever! They always say good morning, they’re always singing and dancing around AND my drink is always ready when I get there. They’re the best!

Fort Ave Starbucks is a 10/10! The staff is awesome - they always make a point to greet and say goodbye to every customer no matter how busy it is. Their attention to detail and great customer service make it feel like a local spot rather than a chain.
Your basic Starbucks, really. So; clean, inviting, and if the customer service is good. You're good. The parking lot is tiny and can be frustrating if it's busy. However, there is additional parking in the plaza.
The vibe at this Starbucks is the best in the city! Staff is warm and helpful. And the messages on the lids make my morning sparkle.
I came in today 6/11 at 8:25 am and I must say this shift is AMAZING. They were super friendly super fast and worked amazing together as a team. My food was amazing as well. Staff was polite, but the latte I recieved was so burnt and disgusting it killed the overall experience at this location. :(

Manager catered to all of the guests, bringing water to those of us staying here for extended periods of time. He also went out of his way to greet all of the patrons, making for an exceptionally friendly environment. Starbucks usually just sells a commoditized version of a neighborhood coffee shop'
Barista made me an amazing iced shaken espresso with oat milk, which is what I order 99% of the time.
