I recently visited Starbucks on Fort Avenue, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that my order was exactly what I wanted. Not only did they get my order correct, but they also made it with care and precision, ensuring that it was just as I had requested.
The location itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The management team was clearly doing an excellent job, as the entire store seemed to run like a well-oiled machine. Every employee I encountered seemed to be happy to be there and genuinely interested in making sure that each customer had a positive experience.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with my visit to this Starbucks location on Fort Avenue. The friendly staff, clean environment, and great management made for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future, as I know that I can expect to receive the same high-quality service each time I visit. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and a positive experience, I highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks location.
I have been fortunate to pop in for my two favorite drinks, Medicine Ball and now Peppermint Mocha Frappe. Awe it's the most wonderful time of the year when ai can get my Peppermint mocha fix. And this time they didn't forget the chocolate curls. Plus I spurlged for the lemon loaf and a marshmallow treat.
I have not received not one bad service yet and I hope I don't.
This is my favorite Starbucks, the customer service is excellent. Ashley and staff. And so friendly.
one of my favorite things about coming in was the music while i waited for my drinks but i can tell it’s different, baristas are always so friendly and love the questions of the day. one of my favorite locations.
The quality of Starbucks can sometimes vary. This one has good coffee and excellent baristas. We drive from Maryland to Philly a lot and have added this particular Starbucks to our good pitstop list.
I stop here in the morning sometimes and this has to be the happiest group of employees ever! They always say good morning, they’re always singing and dancing around AND my drink is always ready when I get there. They’re the best!

Fort Ave Starbucks is a 10/10! The staff is awesome - they always make a point to greet and say goodbye to every customer no matter how busy it is. Their attention to detail and great customer service make it feel like a local spot rather than a chain.
Your basic Starbucks, really. So; clean, inviting, and if the customer service is good. You're good. The parking lot is tiny and can be frustrating if it's busy. However, there is additional parking in the plaza.
The vibe at this Starbucks is the best in the city! Staff is warm and helpful. And the messages on the lids make my morning sparkle.
