2023 I went for breakfast today and everything was great the staff was professional and fast and the order was made correctly I was hungry and did not wait to eat the steak egg and cheese bagel and hash brown. The only thing I didn't realize was its a sauce on the bagel.
2022 Horrible customer service slow service orders never accurate I am always told its a wait on whatever I order but when I get the food its never hot how is that possible smh

Everytime I come here at lunch- Rasheeda in the 1st window taking orders is a sweetheart!!!! Always smiling always going above and beyond to make sure your order is entered correctly. It’s my first time in Baltimore, the dining area here was very clean. The staff were very friendly and actually followed the instructions on my order (a lot of the “nicer” McDonald’s usually don’t)

I want throw the drive throw but the lady that took my order had great customer service and she was very polite... nothing but smiles... the food was alittle grease but it was still good. It was hot and fresh.. and the outside of the building was clean no trash in the parking lot

Food is always hot and wait time to a minimum. Their customer service is spot on. I Love the older Caucasian lady at the drive through window. I have missed her the past two times I came through, I pray she is ok.
