Again my name is Kenneth Black and I'd like to bring up again that I had in your store about a week ago with your cashier about a coupon from a cup of coffee that I purchased in your store but later finding out that I couldn't redeem it because your sell out of date merchandise still trying to make a profit. This is a poor look from the management of your store and I do ever thing that I can to bring this to light. Times are hard enough without having to be taking advantage of by stores in your community and will tell everyone that I come in contact with of your poor service. Kenneth

The store is usually kept up inside but it be nice not to allow people to ask for money outside the store. My real problem is the ATM, it's down almost every other week, and it remains out of service for a week or more and this doesn't happen at other locations. I've spoken with managers at other locations and I'm told they'd never allow their machines to go so long being out of service. So why this location allows such things to happen 🤔...

This place is beyond terrible ! The customers who gave a good review has to be fake ! They barely have anything and what’s worse is they actually close almost every night ! They put a sign on the door and open back up when they choose !

I just went in to this 7-11 and had $7 worth of products and asked for a small slushie for my daughter. The cashier said they only had medium sized cups so he was charging me for a medium even though what cups they have has nothing to do with me. My daughter is 6 and won’t even drink a whole 1/2 a small so no matter the cup I wouldn’t have gotten much because I’m not trying to have it spilt all in my car. This says to me that they’d rather shoot themselves in the foot than accommodate a customer when they fail to do their job and that customers are expendable. The sad thing is I had a large coffee in my purchase they had to throw away when I decided they don’t deserve my loyalty and they ended up losing more on the coffee than the difference in the cup I asked for, not to mention my daily purchases that I will now be making at another 7-11. Despite me pointing all this out & that it didn’t even make sense to do it that way he insisted on charging me for the medium cup for their lack of small ones. Lesson: This store does not value it’s customers & are so worried about a penny or two they will throw away more $$ to keep the penny they are focused on in that moment. Not trying to do business with irrational people & this was absurd.

The staff is cool. But during certain times of day coffee lukewarm. They don't carry same deals as almost every 7-11 in city (which kinda disgusts me). And the lottery opens late (10am?) and closes early (7pm?) I honestly haven't been to all 7-elevens in the city, but it has to be one of the worst. I go there everyday, but if I had a better option somewhere close? I would be there. That's convenience for you i guess. 3 stars only because staff is cool and i understand what they have to go through.
