We recently ordered a shipment of 6 pints of ice cream to share with our neighbors in the Boston area. I admittedly/stupidly (!) placed the order during a heat wave, and so our pints were a little soupy when they arrived. I wrote to the company, mainly to give them a heads up. Their customer service was incredible! They were entirely proactive and ever-so-kindly sent 6 more pints! It was one of the best days of my life!! :) I lived in Baltimore for 5 years and thought Taharka Brothers was truly the best ice cream I've ever tasted. (And yes, I've tried a LOT.) I only just now took the time to learn more about their story, which is inspiring. Will be more than happy to place plenty more orders going forward!!
