This one in particular has great customer service. You can always count on them to be on the top tier. Very convenient when your leaving the mall and shopping all day. The food is always on point. I've never had a complaint when taking the family to this particular store.
They always get the order correct! They rush you a little when taking your order but always get it right!

I had never eaten here before and am really glad my mom and I stopped in. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even though she wouldn't make my mind up for me on what I wanted to eat. I couldn't decide between two of the chicken samdwhiches. I must have made the right decision because it was the best one I've had in a long time. The meat was real chicken, it was hot and juicy. My mom enjoyed her popcorn chicken, but said her value burger was not good. I told her she shouldn't have been so cheap and got a different one.
As a former fast food worker I was highly impressed by the service I received today. It was lunch rush so it was busy as expected. They moved fairly fast for there to only be two ppl in the building . THE FOOD WAS HOT!! . They made a mistake on my desert but they fixed it while I was in the parking lot enjoying my meal while it was hot . IF I HAD CASH I WOULD HAVE TIPPED THEM BOTH!!!

They are usually quick to get your order turned out and friendly at the window.
Food always arrives hot and I have yet to receive an incorrect order.
Soft drink fountain could stand some adjustment though - the Coke is dispensed with a little too much syrup.

We found the food to be quite tasty and the service was friendly and accurate!! We went through the drive thru and we could understand everything that was said, which is a big problem with many drive thru speakers AND personnel! The young man repeated our complete order, clearly and correctly, and made sure that he gave us our total.... plus asked us if we had any questions or corrections. Since this is not an eat-in restaurant and the weather is not warm enough for outside dining, there's only drive thru interaction for service. We got our order quickly, the attitude was polite and friendly, the drinks were cold and the food was hot! We got a special they had advertised for two bacon checker burgers for $5, so we had two orders of those (4) and a medium seasoned fries with two medium sodas. We were impressed with the burgers and their flavor! The size of the burger wasn't much but it tasted wonderfully, the cheese was good, the bacon was crispy, lettuce and tomato slice was fresh, as were the buns as well! The combined flavors were perfect. The seasoned fries were hot and awesome! Probably my favorite fast food fries!! This Checkers probably misses out on some potential sales simply due to its location! If you don't know how to get to it ahead of time, once you see it, you've missed your turn!! It is a little tricky to get to, so make sure that you get familiar with the directions before you get close OR be willing to turn around!! Enjoy! Just a note: it's really nice when the weather is warmer to sit at their patio and make sure you try one of their milkshakes!!! Definitely wonderful! (from previous visits)
