I’m giving them a 3.8 because the food was good. Customer service is everything but when I first walked in the young lady looked at me & closed the kitchen door never saying anything. I believe the manager or owner took my order and was good from that point. Store could use an overhaul, I will return to see if changes are made. Upon returning to this store 2/7/22 it was better this time around. The lady who took my order was pleasant on the phone & when I walked into the store. The food was pretty good which puts them at a 4 out of 5.

I order from them almost every Tuesday. Tuesday Is Their Buy One Get One Free Day. Pizza Is Always Usually Hot And Arrives At A Reasonable Time. They Only Got My Order Wrong Once Outta All The Times I Ordered There But They Do Their Best To Make You Happy One Day They Forgot My Garlic Sauce But Had A Driver Bring Me One Back PS.Im pregnant so I was hurt about my garlic sauce not being there 😭 I Also Orders Their Hot Wings Which Have A Good Taste This Tuesday The Bone Was Still Bright Red I Didn't Know What To Think About That Maybe it needed to cook longer I'm assuming πŸ€” I have got cheese steak and chicken cheese steak from their and they are okay πŸ’― All of these pictures come from Tuesdays the last few Weeks

I love this place. Placed order and it was delivered within 15 minutes. I can't believe they get so much hate for no reason. I've ordered from them for 20 years and they've always been good.

Pizza was outstanding as always. This is the only place that my relative looks forward to getting pizza from everytime they visit for a few days. We like them so much that we order one just about every other day. Not only is the food great but the staff is by far the kindest & nicest group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting since moving here 2yrs ago. The lady who's name is Malinda always makes you feel like a VIP Customer & goes above and beyond to run this establishment with nothing but love & pride. You can see how dedicated she is to her job & just how much each and every customer who walks through the door or calls in an order means to her. You immediately feel like you're in the company of friends. In my opinion I feel that her kindness, dedication & manorism has truly played a big part in making Billy's the kind of place that anyone would want to come back to time and time again. Just like she did for me & my visitors. The food & staff is just that good so without hesitation I am giving "Billy's Pizza & Wings" the 5 stars they most definitely deserve. If I could rate them higher I would!! Hanging out with my bestie on a Saturday afternoon we got a hankering for some wings. Billy's did not disappoint! We ordered the Buffalo Garlic and Lemon pepper. The wings were sizable and fried, naked, to perfection - not too hard and not too soft. Buffalo Garlic was a great combination of Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan. The Lemon Pepper were super lemony with a powerful zing. I've never had Lemon Pepper with this much yellow lemon flavor - almost too much but not quite. If you get them be prepared to pucker! The wings arrived supper hot - like right out of the fryer, eat-in hot. I would definitely recommend.

Billy’s Pizza are now and always have been one of the best pizza, sub, & wing joints around my community. Food quality, taste, & price had always been 4-5 stars. 😊

I ordered buffalo wings and fries. I had a pretty decent time with them. They were nice to me, the man got out the car, he even gave me an extra dollar back. But after hearing a wing dropped on the ground I don't know if I will order again lol but it was good!

Food is delicious and hot and the pizza is made by hand with dough and not frozen junk. The only problem is the decor/inside. They really need to take $3-7k and do a simple remodel. It looks raggedy. An easy demo and clean up or just clean up real well and paint the place and clean up the ceiling tiles and clean and paint the bathrooms and throw these disgusting rugs in the trash.
