This the Best McDonald’s in this area. Food tastes great, service is punctual, people are nice, the location is clean and the service is fast and reliable.
However, the newly reopened McDonald’s near by service has not been good since they opened. Everyone I spoke to as well as my personal experience has been terrible. I hope they can get better because they are loosing many good customers with the type of service that’s given.
I don’t mind driving 10 minutes to go to this McDonald’s on Broadway instead. It’s worth the service, quality and customer experience!

This is not a five star rating I just need your attention...this McDonald's staff members (GM)are bad leaders they make it hard for their employees ...If you had bad service from here understand that the (GM) are the cause of it they suspend there crew members or send them home earlier to still labor time. THE CREW MEMBERS WORK HARDER JUST TO HAVE A GM STILL TIME FROM Them I wouldn't be a happy worker myself

I order bacon from here every day. It's soooooo good. When I pull up, my order is ready without the for the app. That's how good the customer service is here. In addition to perfect bacon, the staff really treats all people with respect.
This location, like so many others, encounters a large number of homeless customers, along with individuals trying to manage addiction that struggle with ordering or nodding off at times. They're never disrespectful, and when customers Cross the line, they're given "the look" signaling get it together.
