Let’s face it. Airports are full of rude impatient people. But the staff at this Quiznos met my smile with a smile and kindness with kindness. I’m grateful that they made our food fast but even more thankful that it was so yummy! Hadn’t had a Quiznos sandwich in years and this brought me back! Thank you to the staff!!!

I realized I did not pack food and based on my experience with other airport food options I expected terrible service and a bland piece of food. The service was better than expected, relatively quick and the food was just what I needed. Almost makes me wish I flew through BWI more often.

Wonderful people at this location. They all had great attitudes and were more than helpful. The sub fresh and toasted perfectly.
If you find yourself stuck in bwi because your flight was canceled due to a dead battery…I highly recommend this place!

Layover in Baltimore. Took a chance in spite of reviews. I had no problems at all, service was good as well as the food. Tanaia was very pleasant and professional

Great service! Asked her to put extra veggies on the sandwich and she loaded it up! Fresh bread, guac and veggies even at 10pm. Puts Subway to shame. Asked her for water and she quickly gave me some with a smile and a stellar attitude. Solid option for vegetarians in this sea of seafood at the airport. Only downside was that they were out of broccoli and cheese soup but the server alerted everyone of the options they were out of before they waited in line. Looking forward to ordering again at 4am.
