The food is awesome. That's why it's always packed. But, I hardly go there because of how crowded it always is, everyday,anytime. Bad location, causes accidents,takes forever to get out. And for this reason, is why I don't go there.

The Food is good as always. Side salads still look skimpy. Still don't order them. Lines have diminished a lot! The young people outside do a FANTASTIC JOB at all the restaurants getting the orders. Hopefully my son gets a job here next year. He applied but I guess his age played a part... this is a plug for him. 🤣🤣

Christina Ellis is always benevolent, efficient, and accurate. She’s such an asset to this location and the company as a whole!

Great service, the employees were kind and helpful. They forgot an order of fries but got them for us right away. The only thing about this location is the volume of cars, tight parking lot, and sharp turns to maneuver the traffic and stop light right at the entrance.
Mostly writing this review because they made the hippopotamus a cheerleader on the kids meal bag and they are really cool about extra pickles.

Chick-Fil-A I really like what you have done with your drive thru service. You had your associates standing outside taking orders and was very pleasant.
Food was freash and very filling, and I finally got a good sweet tea. sheesh.!!!..

I went to the drive thru and everything was good.
I did 4 stars because I had a few times where high schoolers ruined the atmosphere when they came in a large group.
One time kids were loudly wearing and climbing the benches sitting right across from me.
Another group made ordering take forever and a then a little teenager swore at me for bumping into her boyfriend, when it was their large friends group that made space so tight. I guess she didn't know how to handle that or what to say to me because I while I'm older, apparently I wasn't old enough for her to not get offended. I'm about mid 20s for context... Don't send your kids to that school. 😂
This place is great in the morning around 10am. It's fast with good service and the children from Perry Hall high school are bot there to do the type of type I mentioned
