This location has really gone downhill over the past few months. Started with an item or two missing - which I would never have sweated, but this last order was completely incorrect and took an hour for delivery. While I enjoy the food offered by BK, I cannot recommend this location at all. There are plenty of other locations in the city, use them instead. Added: Almost immediately after reaching out to BK, I was refunded for my order. Thank you for that. I still feel that this particular location needs to set up their standards.

This place is garbage. I waited 20 minutes in the drivethru with 4 cars in front of me, only 1 car was served. I wasn't even able to place an order because no one would answer at the drivethru. This was not the first time this has happened. It's like the people that work here are just wholly incompetent at the most basic of skills and industries. Avoid this place if you can, you won't be served.

This place was my last resort to get breakfast in Fells Point. It is Memorial Day weekend and everything is closed. I waited for about twenty minutes to buy two eggnormous burritos. I guess they give priority to people in the drive-through line and there was only one guy in the kitchen. The customer service was bad too, but it does not surprise me at all considering that fast food restaurant chains do not care much about meeting customer’s expectations.

The women both at the window and the manager who approached the window were excessively rude for no reason when I asked for my shake to be remade claiming "there ain't no damn other way to make a chocolate shake". Thankfully a level headed fellow approached the drive thru and got me a chocolate shake with extra chocolate. These women don't deserve their positions as service people if they don't want to actually service people. I have never had anyone fly off the handle like that about extra chocolate in my shake. I actually prefer BK because McDonald's doesn't do extra chocolate.
