I swear these kids are brainwashed that work here. The customer service is excellent. Chicken is always fire....the fries?...mmmm...they need to have a well done option let's just say that...they are never....ever crispy. 🫢

They always have me park to bring my food out. Otherwise, their fries are always freshly made, and they get the order right 100% of the time!

I would recommend going to this location hands down nobody is perfect everyone was nice and smiles on their faces the food is always delicious just had some missing items but I should have checked before I left the curbside pickup area but they usually do give you the right items on your order so don’t pass them by from my review

I love this location, but I do not love the new mobile order entrance they have. It’s always a state of confusion among the workers when I utilize it because majority of the time there isn’t a “cashier” person outside to verify my order. I personally just prefer to pick up my order either inside or curbside if available

The 5 stars are for a manager named Tony. I have been coming to this location at nighttime for the last year and a half. Every time I come in, he makes sure things are running smoothly. I wasn’t even in line 30 seconds before he told an employee to take care of me while they were in the process of wiping down the counters. My family and I just wanted to highlight his attributes that he brings to the Chick Fil A family. Thank you so much Tony and Chick Fil A Canton. Keep up the great work! ❤️

Reliably great chick fil a location. The food is always fresh and delivered quickly both inside & in the drive through. Staff are thorough and friendly. They always confirm your order in the drive through which is great. The only negative thing I have to say is they do short you on the sauces from time to time so make sure you tell them how many of each sauce you want.

This location was quick with getting us orders. Food was brought out to us. One of the employees made sure that we had napkins and also got us refills. The only thing that I did not like about this location was that we had told an employee that a toilet seat needed to be fixed and they had said that she keeps telling their manager that it needs to be done and hasn't. Please listen to your employees and please make your restaurant safe for all guests!
