Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good service but the rice wasn't fully cooked really a bummer to my burrito mood. I've been craving a burrito for 2 whole days and finally got paid so I went to lay my craving to rest took one bite into what was supposed to be a nice juicy steak brown rice cheese lettuce and mild sauce burrito when I got attacked by both sides of cooked and uncooked rice my palette couldn't take such a beating but nonetheless I was hungry and hankering for a burrito I performed surgery and removed the rice it was a success and thus the burrito was saved. All in all learn to cook rice better.

Do not go in here unless you are prepared for trauma because you will need extensive therapy after visiting this chipotle. If they’re not skimping on protein they’re out of multiple toppings. If they’re not out of toppings it’s a 25 minute delay on your online order pick up time. I honestly feel bad for the staff because they’re usually working pretty hard , and yet the line is still constantly to the back of the store. Every time I walk in there it just reeks of bad management. Thank god for masks I guess! You’ve been warned!!

I thought it was a one time thing but after a few times, I'll have lunch elsewhere. Ordered chips and guac and didn't receive the chips. Ordered fajitas (veggies) with my bowl but didn't receive that too. And probably the worst thing was the beat up guac. Lastly, you can't walk in and order food. You'll have to order via app and hope you get what you paid for.

Only redeeming thing about this Chipotle is the staff, who are nice but desperately overworked and as a result this Chipotle is kinda trash. Waits always take forever, they always run out of things, and they are clearly over-managed because they skimp on literally everything (again this isn't on the employees themselves imo). This branch needs to increase it's wages like 3x as much because the employees deserve it and also they're clearly having trouble finding enough staff. But yeah the experience of dining there is not great

Came to get a bowl but they didn’t have guacamole. They said I had to order for “pickup” if I wanted it so I got out of line and ordered the bowl on my phone. The place was essentially empty and the staff were just chilling but I stood around waiting for 30 minutes for the “back staff” to make a bowl with guacamole. 30 minutes!!! Ridiculous. Also the place seemed really dirty. Then when I finally got my food, the “guacamole” I was promised turned out to be a disgusting piece of hard, dry avocado. It was absolutely inedible.

Going in here is like the movie Interstellar. 10 minutes inside is 2 hours in the real world. Staff is totally mismanaged, running around doing random tasks and not prioritizing work loads to move the line. Also the only Chipotle to not have tortillas. Food is usually fine once you actually do get it though.
