The sausage was fresh, the service timely and the atmosphere was really welcoming and relaxing. Eat here! Great place. I will be back.

I had the Creole grits with 3 different types of cheeses, scrimps, and good seasoning. Also, I had their drink which was a combination of blue and orange punch mixed together with peaches and pineapples cut up in the drink. The drink was pretty sweet even though I had extra water added to mine. So if you can't have a very sweet drink then skip this drink. Customer service was good and the food was good. It is Black owned and I wanted to try a different type of food combination.

Always love this place! Black family owned and everyone is always friendly. Food is amazing! My favorite is the cap'n on the go. And I always love watching them work in the kitchen 🥰 teamwork makes the dream work! -Greg and Greg lol

Ordered vanilla bean waffle, maple turkey sausage, eggs. I also tasted the salmon sausage. Everything was really good, very diverse menu. It’s inside a market but there’s seating upstairs.

Had a great veggie omelet this morning
I sat at the counter and got a free coffee!

It's in a foodcourt with lots of other food spots. I sat at the counter. Nice server and cooks. Good food, the left over wasn't bad either. The chicken was hearty.

The “Ain’t no Sunshine when she gone” platter was very tasty! I’m a fried catfish lover. It also came with cheddar cheese grits topped with scallions and drizzled with honey. It was very pleasant to my tastebuds! I never had it this way before. This was a nice little brunch. I believe it was $18 for this entree. They are located in Lexington Market. Support black owned business please. I saw them in the news and wanted to try.

Today I stopped at a convenience store that had a Cafe and I had never eaten there before because I was always in a rush. Low and behold I was running an errand and I said well let me order a sandwich. I reviewed the menu spoke with the one of the workers and I ordered a Turkey/ burger with shrimp. All I can say is it was delicious. Had never even thought about such a sandwich. SS Cafe is the name and will be at the new Lexington Market as well. Very nice group of folks. Gonna go again and try other items. I am providing a photo of the sandwich but not the inside because I want you to order and see what’s inside and why it’s so tasteful. Keep up the good food and service.
