Kudos to Jakill for his wonderful and friendly customer service. I sat in on my break and enjoyed the fall decor 🍂. The dining room staff Ms. Wee came and checked on me and provided a place mat, very friendly and sweet lady.

There’s people that actually likes their job, they greet you well, foods always on point.
I always order the cobb salad, they always miss putting my dressing sauce but I’m ok with that, I know one day they’ll put it.🤣😎

The Eastpoint Mall location was good but was shocked they don't have hardly any parking for dine in customers. I also was shocked they don't have ice cream cones because they said due to Covid and having to handle the cone. They handle othe food so what ot the difference?

We ordered through the app, so I can't speak of the atmosphere, but the food is always fresh, and the employees always polite. Unlike some other fast food places, the employees don't seem to hate working there. If any workers are dissatisfied with their jobs, they hide it well.
To me, the best things about fast food are that the service is fast, the food tastes good (if you like fast food), and, if it's a chain restaurant, the taste of the food is consistent. It's the consistency that stands out with Chick-fil-A. At many other food chains, you may get overcooked or undercooked items; too many, or too few, condiments; and too spicy vs. the expected taste of the food item. That's annoying, and sometimes the taste of an item can differ not only among locations, but also depending on what shift is working. With Chick-fil-A, a chicken sandwich at the Eastpoint location has the same quality as the Cockeysville location, whether you buy it at 11am or 7pm. All of those factors combined make this Chick-fil-A, and all Chick-fil-A locations I've been to, deserve 5 stars.

Despite the drive thru line typically being long, the staff works fast and efficiently to keep the flow moving quickly. They have a system that makes it easy for a quick trip. The staff are always friendly and work well together. The food is always good and constant
