Great sweet and savory crepes. The bubble tea is great. Especially their new Taro and Matcha Red Bean milk teas. The new Charles Village Special crepes are amazing. They're prepared in a more traditional Chinese fashion according to the owner, they make the crepe with an egg underneath. And I got a couple of free Strawberry Banana crepes on my last visit so I'm sold! Haha
The crepes are great here. They make them slightly crispy on the outside, which honestly threw me off at first since I had always assumed crepes had to be fluffy and tender through and through, but they grew on me very quickly. Crepes in the US tend to be all kind of them safe, soggy or the garden variety nutella or mayonaise-based savory so i appreciate the added variety. I've had a few crepes here and my favorite crepe is the matcha chocolate truffle. I haven't had the bubble or milk tea, but that's because I save room for the crepes.
I love T-Swirl! The service is good, the Crepes are amazing and the options are very good for vegetarians! I highly recommend the matcha azuki bean crepe!
Always delicious. Sweet and savory crêpes, many gluten free options. They are now serving bubble tea. The manager Fonda is an absolute sweetheart!

A unique and tasty dinner. Nice roomy sitting area. The service was good. The have bubble tea too and give a discount on the tea when you buy a crepe. My daughter loves the place and says over time she's going to try every different type of crepe.
The crepes are ok, not overly sweet but the creme tastes artificial. The bubble tea is great! They offer lots if different teas with some options for tapioca so lots of ways to customize according to your preference. The place is clean and they have puzzles and games to play while you eat. They also have a rewards program for free menu items after a certain number of purchases.
Although I did not try the boba tea here, the crepes were absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed every bite I took, and I've been recommending it to my friends ever since. I can only imagine that the boba tea would be just as good as the crepes. This is a must try place if you haven't gone before. They even have vegetarian crepes, so very accommodating for those who do not eat meat products. Excellent place to eat, especially at night!
The bubble tea is the best I've had in Baltimore! Everyone is very friendly, especially Fonda! She is the sweetest and seeing her always makes me happy! The mango raspberry crepe is my favorite and I am officially an addict to this place. This is like my new home <3
I have been to tswirl countless times over the past year. Their crepes are easily the best I have ever had. Their other menu items (drinks/sandwiches) are also nothing short of amazing. I aways take visiting friends/family here for lunch!
