Brunch was great. Visit in '22 & '23.
I had Mexican Eggs Benedict both times. It was delicious. Tots were so tasty (salty) and the cilantro-lime sauce added quite a zing without overpowering the eggs and ground chorizo sausage. The first one (pic) they brought me had the smallest eggs I've ever seen and they were cook hard, so I asked for a redo and the next dish had the biggest eggs I've ever seen (pic) just poached, so yolk was all runny.
They over-poached my eggs on 2nd visit too. And chorizo was overcooked and almost dry.
Vegetarian wife and I loved their Mashed Potato Quesadilla, I know sounds weird, but it was quite good. Might want to ask for some guacamole to give more depth. Pico was so tasty.
House recipe Bloody Mary was delicious. Had a bit of horseradish floating around in there.
Buffalo Cauliflower bites were great. Lightly breaded with good sauce.

Great prices, great food, great staff! We love sitting outside because they have TVs out there next to the tables!

Good sports bar in locust point. It's a perfect place to watch a game. The staff has always been super nice and helpful with the menu. They open the windows and you get a nice breeze. One of the best features is that it's nice to Ice Queens so you can get a snowball afterwards.

City Limits is not your average neighborhood sports bar. It doesn’t have the most up-to-date facilities and it has a certain gritty feel about it- which is typical of city-located bars in the Northeast. And it is a little bit of a dive bar. But what it does have is fantastic food, a great, personable atmosphere, friendly staff, lots of large windows that are open when the weather is ideal, and a good corner-side location on the main drag in Locust Point.
City Limits is a bit of a hidden gem- food at bars like this one should not be as good it is here-and I’ve never had food this good at any bar in the entire Baltimore area. Period. Even the fries are really good. I especially enjoy the Mac and Cheese (which can serve 2) and the pulled pork sandwich- which is pretty spicy.
If you go to this place in Locust Point, you likely won’t want to go anywhere else, unless you don’t like noise, especially on the weekends- which this bar has plenty of, because’s it’s super popular.
