Yum's Asian Bistro

Best in Baltimore,I have been looking for good Chinese food in Baltimore for years. I found the best. Yum I'm so happy my husband herd the kids and I eating and saying mm mm. He came down to see what we were eating and he agreed we fought over leftovers.I am a forever customer.The grub hub guy said he is always there to pick up delivery.Open on Sunday's.

I would say this is a tasty place, but not the freshest place. It is your local corner takeout Asian spot that would come in clutch if you need food quick. It is affordable, especially for lunch, which makes it attractive. Unfortunately, as of November 2021, they do not have indoor dining, like the rest of the city does. I ask the woman why they do not have indoor dining when things have long been opened up and she said, "It's because people don't want to work." Uh, no ma'am, people do want to work, they just don't want to work in substandard conditions with poor pay. I do take note of that. Alas, my food was tasty, but the shrimp didn't taste fresh. I would probably stick with vegetable lo mein and vegetable fried rice, no eggs. I would definitely visit again if I was on a time crunch after work but before class. I live nearby, so it could be a good stop if I was hungry.

I was planning a family party and hoped to return to Yum’s for our gathering at the restaurant only to learn that they have not resumed eat in service. So, I did the next best thing. I set up the family party at home and ordered the food we would normally get. All we missed was their service. Every bite was just as we remembered it. Appetizers were hot and fresh, the Tom Yum Soup was great with chunks of pineapples, and all the entrees were good. Here’s to plan B.
