I am so glad this was right down the street from the hotel. This is where you want to go. Great customer service every time, One of the ladies even recognized me after 1 visit. And smiled and knew I was from around there. Came down for a business trip from Massachusetts... But they're great. I love the chicken soup and their salad options. I came down three times in a 5 day trip. Wish we had a closer cosi.

What started out as a bad experience with finding a hair in my salad turned into an excellent lesson in patience & humanity. The previous reviews do not reflect my experience at all. I went at the height of lunchtime and there were a good number of people in Cosi, but the line moved quickly. Just about everyone was in the salad line. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had the Asian chicken salad and wholegrain flatbread for under $10. My only complaint is that the salad had too much dressing for my taste. Next time I will ask them to put on less. I definitely plan to go back. A very convenient downtown location.

Very nice place to get a quick bite for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. They have a wonderful location steps away from The Charm'tastic Mile & Inner Harbor. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I arrived at 9:00am with a group of 14 people. The staff graciously made our breakfast sandwiches and were very patient with us. Croissant breakfast sandwiches were a hit with the kids. Only disappointment was the hot chocolate, which tasted like hot milk with a teeny bit of chocolate stirred in. Next time we'll stick to just sandwiches at Cosi

The customer service was great. Thanks to Angie for making me such a good sandwich and salad. Me and my daughter enjoy it. Very clean and food not too expensive. I will visit again when i am in town.
