Della Roses's Avenue Tavern

I've been here several times. I really like the warm cozy atmosphere. Servers have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They are there when you need them without being intrusive. I've enjoyed everything I've ever eaten here. The sour beef and dumplings are just sour enough and incredibly delicious. Prices are very reasonable.

Food was great! I had The Smoke Hound burger (add bacon) - 2 fat onion rings, provolone and a perfectly cooked medium patty w/ BBQ sauce. Wife had The Eastern Shore sandwich - half tasty seasoned chicken breast and a delicious crab cake, even out of season, w/ veggies and old bay mayo. Fries were great - both the seasoned french fries and the sweet potatoe fries. Not to mention the Buffalo Wings were cooked well with Frank's hot sauce and drinks were strong enough and reasonably price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit if you want something local to the White Marsh area!

Love Dellas. Good place to be for just about any local looking to unwind and enjoy themselves. Staffed with security and people tend to remember names and faces after being there often. About what you'd expect in a good small bar atmosphere. Music selection tends to switch up, a good mix between moderns and classics with a little hip hop blended in. Can be a little hard to move through the crowds on busy nights but not a huge issue. Wait times for the bar are moderate on busy nights but opening a tab helps with this. Great bar with good owners, friendly place. Gets a little rowdy sometimes but is well contained - nothing you wouldn't expect when people are under the influence lol
