Just a generally good Starbucks. It's always busy since its by the hospital but they never seem overwhelmed. May take a minute to get your drink during peak times but always comes out right

This has to be one of the best Starbucks for service. Got my cold brew and some breakfast here. It was always served with a smile.

Always make my drink the way I prefer. Kim, Toni, and Leah pays attention to detail. They all believe in good customer service. That's a dying art these days.

Attached to a Great modern hotel. I wish the hotel offered a good breakfast. Luckily this Starbucks is here so I didn't need to deal with the hotels horrible, paid, breakfast that also had the pleasure of terrible service. If you are staying in the hotel, do yourself a favor and skip the hotel breakfast and go to Starbucks.

My “Happy Place.” Regardless of the location of the Starbucks, that aspect plays no role in my feelings about Starbucks! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and plan to stay that way! I frequently receive free coffees through use of their rewards program and their online app. Their smartphone app is easy to navigate and I can reload my balance with my thumb print in seconds using Apple Pay. They are constantly running special promotional offers to increase your earnings in * rewards which lead to receiving free drinks or food. You just have to check your email and click on the “Join The Dash” link from within the content of a Starbucks email and you qualify to earn more *’s. Starbucks is one of those VERY successful Franchises that will never fail or go out of business. It’s not just their coffee that is great and the varietal of choices. Every Starbucks offers a comfortable, quiet, laid back atmosphere to have business meetings, do school work, do work within your occupational field, just relax and/or meet with friends and family to sit and talk. There’s always plenty of space and outlets available for use to plug in your phone or lap top. They also offer a quick and easy drive-through option. The Baristas are always friendly, accommodating and take customer service very seriously. Rarely, maybe 4 times of going to Starbucks for the past 10+ years was I unsatisfied with the way my drink was made. During these times, the drinks were immediately corrected by an employee without hesitation and/or giving any attitude about the complaint. The only thing I do not agree with regarding Starbucks is that they do not support the military. I am a veteran I believe Starbucks should offer veteran discounts and start contributing to our United States Armed Forces. This is the single reason I have not given Starbucks 5 Stars. I must leave out at least 1 Star as a US Veteran. I’d be dishonoring the pride I take in being a veteran and feel like I was betraying our US Military.

Swift service and there’s a good turnover of people every few hours. There’s is limited seating but I was able to sit a read a book amidst the small chatter and busy city streets.
