My family and I go every year! We had a great time, and the staff was so nice, and answered any questions we had. The line was longer this year, but it was well worth the wait!
Excellent! This was our second time attending this tour. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beautiful weather made for a long line, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you for all the goodies. Our family enjoyed it.
The tour was interesting. It was cool to see how they made the candy. The free samples were delicious.
Great candy, awesome staff, cute and creative gifts and cards for last-minute gift giving. They host a US Postal Service outpost (?) And I can't think of a post service they couldn't accommodate (No PO boxes, of course, and maybe not really large packages or exotic things, no passports, etc. be reasonable, it's a small candy store that fronts a large enterprise.) I always go here instead of the regular post office... rarely a wait, and if there is, enjoy the gifts and pick out a candy treat for yourself! You deserve it!
BEST staff at this location! They are always friendly and helpful. AND, BONUS! They provide a full service postal system which includes both USPS and Fed Ex shipping! I frequent this store because I have a lot of mailing to do. It's SO nice to be treated as a human being rather than just an interference as we Parkvillians are treated at our local Post Office. Plus, they have adorable items for sale that can't be found in this area. PLUS, PLUS they sell their wonderful Wockenfuss candy -- delicious!! I highly recommend!! Go in and check the store out for yourself -- you'll be glad you did. :)
The atmosphere was great, the employees were wonderful happy and had no problem showing me everything that they offered as I am from out of town. They are very knowledgeable about what they sold where it came from, and they sold a ton of local stuff.
As always, simply a terrific experience! Besides having a great selection of yummy candy and a convenient, customer-orientated USPS counter, the staff here are amazing: personable, delightful to chat with, and accommodating. Besides their normal selection of candy, be sure and check out their holiday items-- definitely the place to go for the best Easter candy around (the fruit and nut and buttercream eggs are amazing!), and having USPS on site makes it simple and quick to send parcels to your friends and family.
What more can be said about locally made candy...AWESOME. If you are in the area and need a perfect gift for someone with a sweet tooth, the chocolates will bring a smile to anyone who tries them. With a pistoffice station right inside the shop, sending a gift to distant family and friends is as easy. ENJOY in good health.
We buy their candy for all special occasions! It’s a special tradition in our family. They make the BEST of everything! So thankful they ship too, as we live far away now.
My favorite post office/candy store. Great customer service. I would go out of my way to mail a letter from here. The chocolate is delicious. I recommend the king tut.
Awesome family owned candy store. Best fudge around!!! They also have a very nice gift shop selection with local style gifts, coastal decor, and other unique gifts.
Has a USPS counter inside. Nice people. If you get your letters and packages there BEFORE 4 Pm they go that day, just like the Post Office.
