I had an unbelievably great time at 1157 when I was in Baltimore. I had a free evening and wanted to find a place with great cocktails and good food, so I did some research and came across this place. Drove over a half hour to get there, then looked for parking for 15 minutes, only to find that the kitchen had closed 10 minutes before I walked in! Needless to say I was upset, and a bit hangry to boot. I told the bartender the lengths I’d taken to get to this place, and she felt bad for me. Ended up talking to the chef, who said I could order the Korean wings and the curry Brussels. Of course I did (as both were on my list anyway), and I couldn’t have been happier with the result! The Brussels were some of the best I had ever had! Crispy and well seasoned, with an amazing sauce. The wings were FANTASTIC! Super crunchy yet tender on the inside. With a finger-licking sauce. I coupled it all with a Black Manhattan and can truly say that the experience could not have been better! Can’t wait until I’m back in the area and can try more of the menu!

Amazing food, beer and wine. Love the braised rib sandwich and the kimchi sausage sandwich. Always get the cheese board, too!

Our first meal out sans baby in about 4 months, and what a great choice. Noah and Russel gave us incredible service and cocktails and the kitchen put out amazing food. Cannot wait to go back, what a hidden gem of Locust Point.

Great, cozy atmosphere & comfortable bar seating. Food, service, and drinks were excellent across the board. The bartender, Russell, made sure our group was well-taken care of during our visit. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal drinks!!! We ordered the specialty Kiwi Sour, which is outstanding and then a decadent martini with pistachio stuffed olives. I love this place and will definitely be back. Perfect ambience for a date!

EVERYTHING was delicious! From the hummus, goat cheese fritters, wings, and pork belly. Also had the tuna for dinner and even took home the vegetarian Reuben and chocolate peanut butter tarte. Service was also amazing! Will definitely go back and order the other half of the menu!

I enjoyed my food and drink at this restaurant. It's a small community restaurant. We were greeted by this cute little waitress/bartender. She was delightful. The food was really good. I got shrimp corn chowder. To die for!!! I got the roast pork sandwich wth this really good salad. I told the bartender to surprise me with a drink. Boy, did she...amaretto burbon something. It was different but good. Music was plying, people were laughing and talking. It had a nice vibe. Parking may be an issue, but I really enjoyed and hope to go back.

the short rib sandwich was to die for! we had a bunch of appetizers, which was the best way to sample a variety of their foods. everything was delicious. the burrata salad was fresh and light. the cheese board was lovely and diverse. the white bean hummus was flavorful! ..though rather pricy, it was worth the cost! the place is relatively small, but they have a few two people booths along their window.. Only one larger group table. they don’t take reservations!

Hostess asked if we had reservations (did not), but there were a few tables open and we got one of the cozy, but nice high-tops by a window. Knowledgeable server, great drinks and small plates.

Amazing small restaurant in a cute and quiet area of Baltimore. Was here for the 2nd time yesterday and it was just as good as the first but I opted for a full vegetarian meal this time around. The orange honey veggies are amazing, as is the bbq pulled mushroom sandwich. Great selection of beer and wines! I’ll continue to stop here on my way to DC!
