Perfect place to go for a meal after watchung the O's win! Not only is the atmosphere friendly, the attention to detail by our server Wren was exceptional. All that coupled with flavor-filled Risotto and hot and delicious pizzas - you wanna talk about a winning combination. Thank you, Joe Squared!

The food was amazing. Portion sizes were perfect if not more and everything was fresh to order. The staff was very welcoming and gave the place a very comforting and relaxing environment. Would absolutely go there any time we visit Maryland again.

Phenomenal risotto. I got the mushroom risotto with fries and both were delicious. We went in the middle of the day which was nice, because it wasn’t very busy. It’s sad that they’re closing, but I’m happy I got to go there before it closes at the end of this month.

If you are a thin crust pizza lover, you would definitely enjoy this place! I got the chicken balsamic pizza, which wasn't bad, but not my favorite. For balsamic vinaigrette lovers however, I'm sure it would taste very nice. I'm sure the tomato-based pizzas would be great. We also got the mushroom risotto, which was very good! Not too salty, but very creamy & savory with nice fluffy rice. A bit oily, but I think that is the case with all risottos. Guilford Hall beer was also a great classic beer! Now, if you are looking for a trendy, energetic bar-type hangout spot, this is not the place. Most of the individuals that were here on the Friday night we came were older and more laid back. It might be a con for some, but I figure this place would be great for an older couple looking to have a relaxing night out.

Service: everyone was nice. Our waitress was friendly and attentive Food: we had the ceasar salad, potato skins, BBQ chicken pizza, and cheese pizza. It all was delicious!!! Salad had plenty of dressing with very good croutons. The BBQ pizza was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend!

Came to see some bands downstairs but heard the pizza was pretty good so we got there early. Very glad we did. The pizza here is a-MAY-zing!!!! They're square (of course!) and are flatbread-style and they come out hot and crispy. We had the White with Veggies, the Meat Lovers, and a special with Buffalo Chicken & Red Onions. All 3 tasted fabulous. Couldn't pick a favorite if I had to. They each tasted different and they all were simply delicious. I spoke with a person who told me the owner of JoeSquared is an old-tyme pizza fanatic who went to Italy and came back with a 200-year old sourdough and that's why the crust is so delicious. Yeah, man! After dinner we walked downstairs to see 3 different bands perform some really great live music. Shout out to Blanket Approval for pulling us in to begin with. They ROCKED!!

I got the cheese steak sub. Was impressed by the size of the slices of hanger steak. It's not your wafer steak that you get in the sub shop. I forgot which pizza my wife got, but it was unique in delicious. All their ingredients are fresh and locally sourced.

I did carry out during a time that was not very busy. The customer service was great, quick, and easy. I ordered the calamari and the mozzarella sticks both were excellent, but the mozzarella sticks were a stand out. It's so rare to find a place with a gluten free fryer, and even harder to find gluten free mozzarella sticks! They were really delicious.

We went after the usual lunch time on a Saturday and there was no wait. Plenty of street parking. Pizzas were great (Lombardi and pepperoni), and the server was attentive, making a really great suggestion about splitting a larger size rather than two smalls and still get two flavors. The notice outside is in regards to a liquor license they are definitely open, so don't let that deter you!

Love this place I will def. Be back. They are wonderful and the food is awesome. I can't wait to bring my family from out of town to this place. I really enjoy it . It's one of the better pizza places in town.

Ordered the Lombardi and the chicken avocado pizzas, fries, and ginger pine nut wings. The chicken pizza was very taco like and good! The Lombardi is usually my meat pizza go to. Both pizzas were great. The ginger pine nut wings were not my cup of tea. They were sweeter than expected and we didn’t really taste much ginger in them. The fries I know are when fresh could be amazing but they suffer so much from delivery as they steam and get very very wet. We always have the oven preheating to toss them into. But they look and taste like good boardwalk style fries. I wish they could maybe ventilate better while being delivered or something. You can see in the wings pictures the boxes keep the moisture locked in which isn’t best for fries. This time the pizzas were a little cool too so we put them in too. Over all we will continue to order from Joe squared even if they’re a little pricey. They quality is good. (We didn’t order it this time but I do love the Hawaiian pizza here!)

Pizza is outstanding thin crust style pizza best eaten fresh from the oven. Do offer a half-baked option for eating the pie at home. Everything was outstanding, including the service.
