Great spot for seafood in the Fed Hill/Riverside neighborhood. Lots of street parking available! The cocktails are thoughtfully crafted and delicious. One even has flames! The menu has changed a bit over time. They now have small plates and larger plates meant to share between 2-4 people. Fine if you're going with family or close friends, but probably not the best for first date or a business dinner. We shared a few small plates (the charcuterie was a big hit with my toddler) and the seafood paella. I thought the paella was very nicely done. We've had 3 fantastic experiences and will visit again often. Bonus- for a semi-fancy place, they're very accommodating to young children and breastfeeding!

The cocktails are so much fun here. The food is really well prepared and enticingly presented. Trendy and creative decor. The kitchen and finishing areas are completely open to the restaurant so you can watch the chefs and see the plating if you are seated on that end of the dining room.

We ran across Minnow on accident, but it was some of the best seafood I have had in years! It is served tapas-style and so you have to buy several plates, and each plate runs about $12-17, but it was well worth it. I would do it all over again. Also, check out the "F* That's Delicious" cocktail (yes, that's the name, and yes, it was).

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Lovely ambiance (with attention paid to sound dampening)--it feels modern, but cozy at the same time. The food is fantastic--we were celebrating a birthday and ordered a bunch of different things and everything was amazing: high quality ingredients, well conceived and executed flavors, perfectly cooked. The octopus was the standout for me. Service (we sat at the bar) was outstanding. And the cocktails were also excellent. I can't wait to go back. They also have a great happy hour (including 50% off certain small plates).

Love this place. In addition the care and detail that goes into every dish and cocktail, the owners are always there to greet old friends and welcome new guests. Knowledgeable staff would be an understatement. Everytime I've gone, pairings are suggested that are simply out of this world. Wines are meticulously selected, and menu items are always changing to offer variety and provide the freshest ingredients for the season. Come in and say hi- you'll be happy you did.

So glad I finally got to try minnow. I was only there for happy hour and I got the fried oysters which were excellent. My drink was pretty good not mind blowing. But you know what WAS mind blowing? TheDessert. I split the port due chocolat with a friend on the bartender's suggestion, and talk about a sensory experience! So, so good I don't even have the words. I'll be back for a full dinner for sure. The atmosphere is very nice, but not the first "industrial chic" restaurant I've been to. Still, 5 stars.

Went here for Valentine's Day with my wife and couldn't have been happier with our experience. We've been wanting to try Minnow for awhile and this was the perfect opportunity. Not sure if these dishes will be served regularly since it was the Valentine's tasting menu but if this was anything like what they regularly serve it'll be delicious.

I went here for a birthday celebration meal and I was impressed at the quality of the food. They told us they change their menu every day. We got brussel sprouts for an appetizer. I had rainbow trout for dinner which had a nice lemon vinaigrette. Our table also had a couple burgers and moules frites which looked amazing. The cocktails were spectacular and they each had fun names. Two of the cocktails came with table side presentations (velvet underground and worm wood tower) and were very well priced. Go here if you haven’t already!

Great ambiance and the fish was excellent. Not overcooked and a great texture. My wife loved the peanut butter and jelly cocktail, but said that one is definitely enough due to taste overload. The mussels and fries were an interesting combo, I would have never thought to pair them like that, but it totally worked Free valet parking with your meal!
