Subway

The young girl tonight rush us on our order which got messed up. Told her we would work on one sub at a time. She said no we will do the veggies after what other sub do you want. Completely rude what happened to make the customers happy. I won't be going there again. And I am writing corporate a long letter. I have had this problem at many locations and its not right.

Came in with my wife at 7:40 and bought a couple of subs. Christopher the young high school employee proceeded to tell us 3 times they close at 8. He literaly told us ‘we close in 20 mins,’ we close in 8 mins, we close in 2 mins. So basically get out I want to go home. In 20 years Ive never been to a restaurant where they literally count down to a customer when they close. Sad thing is last week I went to another subway where they were closing soon, and the employee went out of her way to say ‘no need to rush I still need to clean up anyway.’ At this location we walked in at 7:40 and the entire floor from front door to rear bathrooms were soaking wet. So they obviously just wanted to get out as soon as they could.

I stop in here a couple times a week, varies times a day. The staff is consistent, you deal with the same people everyday, the young lady who is usually there early is very nice and always in good spirits. During lunch they’re very fast, efficient AND friendly. The workers you deal with at night are just as friendly. The normal closer is very sweet, she just gets frusterated with how rude customers are all the time, which I have unfortenly seen first hand. You can’t go into a food service right before they close and think they’re going to be extremely happy to see you, be kind and realize that you are inconveniencing them; they’re trying to clean up just like they’re trying to prepare when you come in first thing in the morning. The staff is so sweet and I’ve been coming in for years, I can’t believe people would have a problem with any of them. Businesses like this close early depending on their sales sometimes, take it as a sign that maybe you should just go eat something else. This subway is pretty great, these bad reviews don’t make sense to me
