Dunkin'

Blonde lady was super rude and refused to give me my food that I paid for after I came back about 30 mins later because I had things to go and do! I’m not gonna turn around after I’m already on the road and wait another 30 mins for them to make it. She gave my boyfriend an attitude after he was being nice about it. I asked for my money back and they also refused to give me my money

Every single time I think I'm going to give this Dunkin a chance (it's the one on my way to work) it's a huge mistake! On average I would say it's about 15 minutes waiting in line to order a coffee! Today there was 6 people in front of me, I waited over 15 minutes to order and was in there a total of about 20 minutes!! This is not a 'stop' for coffee unless you have nothing on the schedule for the day! It is like this almost every time I've been here, at first I thought someone must've called out or been in the bathroom but now after the 5th time of this in a row I can see they are just not properly staffed. One person is NOT enough and I will now be stopping at Stewart's on my way into work if I want to grab a coffee!
