Dunkin'

My husband stopped at the Malta location this morning, 6:20am, to grab 2 dozen donuts & 2 dozen bagels for the employees at his office. The Manager was extremely rude. Reprimanded him for “not calling ahead.” He was gracious & polite, but the attitude he received was uncalled for. Especially from a Manager. He was not asking for anything specific, just a mix of everything. The other employee helping him was ver polite, but the behavior from a manager is uncalled for.

Place an online order and they got it wrong. It was early enough they weren't busy. Kind of disappointed that the order was incorrect. Receipt had the right info but the food was wrong. My only previous experience here also showed it doesn't seem they have experienced people. Food is always fresh.

Never had a problem with this Dunkin’ Donuts until today, we went to the drive-through and ordered three breakfast sandwiches and three drinks, as well as a dozen donuts. We were first yelled at because the passenger was trying to speak instead of the driver because the passenger knew what everyone wanted. After we finished ordering the man at the window told us, “just a tip, if you ever order that much again just come inside. It holds up our line and customers have to wait.” We just politely said ok but he continued to give us nasty looks, etc.. all they care about is the drive thru time. We are paying customers and I don’t think an employee should have said that to us.. Highly unprofessional and rude. Definitely don’t want to go back to the location after this experience today..
