Best customer service I’ve received in a while. I’m from Fresno and had to make a drive here. The order was correct and the food was great. My son spilled his drink and I tried helping clean up but the workers were so nice about it. They even Offered a refill without me asking for it
I bought 3 supreme croissants and 3 Hash browns. Expecting to get exactly what I ordered. We went to eat them and no bacon.It's always something at this particular Jack in the Box. It was breakfast for me and the kids before school. Anyways because of past supreme croissant orders. I have to tell them. I want everything on it. I once said I just wanted a supreme croissant sandwich. I ended up with just a croissant. I just don't get want is so hard.. It's close to my house and don't Want to drive to the Columbus one. The whole reason for complaining is. I'm not rich. I paid over $20.00 dollars for breakfast. I at least want what I ordered. Maybe be a little better at making people s orders. I'm paying for it. Also towards your job security. At least put some pride into what you are doing. Don't be lazy or inconsiderate. By the way the food was good a little cold. Just missing the bacon. Please do better. 2/20 I went back today. I got 2 Supreme croissant sandwich s . And a large french fry. I checked it before I left. Everything was perfect 😊
Had a bad experience once with an employee not opening the store on time, and sometimes the food isn't up to the usual standard, but I only have that problem with especially large orders and it's not common. Otherwise, the staff is very courteous and professional, and I often come back here.

Went for 3 milkshakes. Poor girl must have been new; first she rung us wrong, then she rung us up right (so double charges), then she reversed the charge, and THEN they had the wrong flavors. Had to wait forever for our chocolate shakes (meanwhile the cookies n cream one was sitting there), which made us a few minutes late picking up our son from football practice. He wasn't upset, though, as the shakes were delicious. The staff was kind as well and made our shakes extra chocolatey.
I love that they're open 24 hours but sometimes the staff isn't the best customer friendly. Still continue to be a customer though so it isn't terrible service.
