I ordered two crunch wrap supremes from the cravings box and they are supposed to come with meat. Both of the ones I ordered did not have it. I also had a special supreme one with rice and seasoned fries and it did not have either. The Cinnabon iced coffee was straight up left over and watered down. Very disappointed with Taco Bell since I have been ordering for a long time with them. 🚩🚩🚩

Went thru the drive thru and every single time my order is either messed up or something is missing. I was the only car in the drive thru so there should be no reason why my order gets messed up. The bad part is she even read the order back to me and still forgot part of my order and I only ordered three things. They need to pay attention to the orders.

My mexican pizza was cold and made sloppily. It wasnt even cut right. My chalupa was cold and just thrown together. Plus they forgot to give us our drink so we had to go back. They don't want me as a customer. The service was horrible!!

SADEST potatoe soft taco.... I'm vegetarian and I don't eat meat so I travel up and down ordering these tacos and this place is the winner in sadest potatoe taco. Extra sauce was a disgrace as well. They should reconsider their argument for raising the minimum wage to 15$. Can't follow simple instructions.

I really dislike when I hear a manager just on crew members when you can see they are working as fast as they can. I understand things need to get out in a timely manner but being on crew telling them faster faster that’s not going to get you anywhere. Yes I have worked in fast food was even a shift manager at a young age so I understand on both parties the crew and the manager. Instead give words of encouragement I know sounds so lame but I’m sure people rather hear that then being told what they are doing wrong when some things are out of their control
