Ordered a box and got a taco that looked horrible, same with the chedder chulupa. The soda machine must've been low on baja blast so that didnt taste good, and to top it off couldnt eat the cinnamon twist since they were under cooked and had hard pieces in every piece.

worst taco bell ever. DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM HERE. Twice now I have not received my food and today I just had to cancel after waiting A HOUR AND A HALF because my dasher told me they gave my order to somebody else. Whoever is managing this store needs to be replaced ASAP because it has seriously gone downhill. Waiting over half an hour in store and now this? Unreal.

Workers are super rude and they’re always “out of something” I think they’re just too lazy to make certain items. Pretty ridiculous. Hire some competent people.

Wait in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes. It was only four cars.I receiving my order I asked for a drink carrier. The young lady work in the counter looked over his shoulder at the drink carriers across the room. Then she turned and replied to me that they didn't have any. I believe this was because she was too lazy to walk over and grab one. She obviously looks straight at them. I asked if I could have one from the other counter. She spoke under her breath to another person that was working there. Then she turned to me and replied sorry. And did not give me a drink carrier. Seems Petty. But it was just a sheer laziness that irritated me.

I only went for gift cards. They said they had them then couldn't find them. Three other employees joined in the search. I suppose if they had them I would have given an extra star. I use this taco bell a lot since it's close to my house. I'll keep going there. Its average and good enough.
