The place is clean stars on that, but the service is awful always a problem my family & I went in for dinner walked in waiting a few minutes then we got a greeting after few minutes a worker said we will be right with you about 10 minutes waiting standing without taking the order no one coming to the front to take our order we decided to leave they were just focusing on drive tru & forgetting the customers waiting to take an order inside.. I’ll understand if they had a long line of vehicles they only had 2 cars & 3/4 employees

Waited 15 mins in the drive thru and still didn't get to order. I just backed out and left. This is the absolute slowest bk in Bakersfield, CA
Not just 1 day it's all the time!! Went directly to McDonald's had my order and food within 5 mins. I usually don't leave bad reviews but it's just gotten too bad.

We ordered Veggie cheese burger and potato fries . Burger was super delicious n yummy. We loved the food... Location is also good just 1 min from our hotel. We enjoyed alot there. Must try Burger King, n you also gonna love the food. 10/10 from my side.

They need new managers. The highlights items were forgotten. So I called, the girl I spoke to was nice and said they’d give the food to my husband. So my husband went, and then the shift manager refused to give him the food. She finally gave him the two cheese burgers, and the French fry but wouldn’t not give him the jalapeño poppers and accused him of wanted extra food. If we wanted extra food we would have bought extra food. We just wanted what we paid for. I will NEVER spend another cent at this Burger King. Horrible customer service.

I don't think they use fresh ingredients, and they forgot my shakes. When I went back for the shakes, I was told the person working the window "forgets to make shakes" a lot.

I've gotten the Ch'King at the 7th Standard and Columbus and they were quite good there. This one sucked. It was cold like they didn't even have it under a heat lamp. I took 2 bites and threw it away. Very disappointed in how disgusting it was 😔
