Just got some food and thought I would drop a quick review.
The employee on his break took his time to make sure I was getting my food and I was okay. The employee behind the counter was very courteous.
The restaurant was surprisingly clean. It was the best experience I've ever had at burger king. I'll definitely pick this location when I want BK.

Ordered a two for six Whopper. The order wasn't correct and had mayonnaise. Not a terrible thing. I guess the take away is just make sure that the employee actually understands what you wanted before you go to the window. Not anything that will ruin my day but just commenting.

I ordered breakfast at the Burger King drive-thru at 6:32 am on July 22. I received the bag from Burger King and drove a few blocks. The oil was all over my hand when I touched the bag. As you can see in the picture, the bottom and one side of the bag are wet with oil. When a Burger King employee gave me the bag, the side of the bag I saw was clean. I think this was intentional. The suspect reasons are: 1. The oil does not flow from inside. The napkins inside were fine with only one napkin very lightly touched with oil and the fries were in good condition. The amount of oil on the bag is not the amount that can come out from the inside. 2. The Burger King employee acknowledged that the bag was wet and when handing the bag to me, the Burger King employee looked at the bag and then looked at my face. I believe that they recognized the condition of the bag. I wondered why they were playing this prank: 1. It may mean to not come again in the morning because it is bothersome. 2. It has been 35 years since I immigrated to the United States but still my pronunciation is distinguished as a foreigner's. This is a matter that requires special attention from the shop managers and Regional Managers.

I usually don’t have a problem here at all and normally the workers are always very kind to me, but Whoever is working tonight Friday at 9:30 really needs attitude adjustment she is a probably mid 30’s woman. Extremely rude and has no skills in customer service whatsoever. Rude for no apparent reason at all. Just seems annoyed in general with everything, it’s really not right to take your bad mood out onto the customers when all I’m doing is trying to order food. When I mentioned her attitude to her after she basically threw ketchup at me and it went all over the ground outside I told her she could really use an attitude adjustment and she yelled at me through the window when I drove off.

She left out my fries from my order what I actually paid for. My husband’s hamburger is raw. Raw!! Very disappointed

Poor service from Evening shift manager who refused to honor a coupon because customer didn't say "I have a coupon". Please offer a script next time "How to order at BK when you have a coupon!" Manager verbally abused young staff who took my order for not saying I (customer) had a coupon. Will never return to Burger King again!!
