My experience was great overall. For it being a kids place, my kids had a lot of fun. It was a bit crowded so I would recommend to go during the week, especially if you’re going to celebrate a birthday. The only negative part of my experience is some of the customers who were being very picky which caused the employees to take longer in moving the line. The majority of the employees are minors and are very mature for their age. Most of the customers were angry with the employees for some reason. My customer service was great. My cashier Matthew was very helpful in explaining how things worked. He was very kind and went out of his way to make sure my sons cake was delivered with candles and every other necessity. Even after a customer yelled at him for putting a number on top of the plate ( don’t think that’s a reason to get mad). There are employees who are constantly cleaning which I think is great. Chuck E comes out every hour or so, which my kids loved. At one point both Chuck and the other character came out to dance which was great. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely be coming back soon.
We had my nieces birthday party here and out was a blast. The employees we're very attentive and kind. This is the first time I've been there since the remodel and I was very pleased. It's more open and even when its crowded outed fun to bet there. Keep up the great work.
I love the prices of the games because other places want like 6 credits on the games. I love that you don't have to pay admission. I just take my kids here sometimes after dinner just to play the games when your on a budget or low on funds and need to tire out the kiddos.

I personally like Chuck E. Cheese in Bakersfield a lot! The staff there were incredibly nice, and when I went to get my prizes, one of the workers there even promised to give me 100 extra tickets if I correctly guessed my total ticket amount. Aside from that, another good thing was that when I went, I only saw one machine that was "out of service." The rest of the machines there I saw were perfectly operational (except a few of the games involving the insertion of tokens). Also I am a huge fan of the Chuck E. Cheese chain of arcades. I look forward to my next visit so I can win more jackpots.
Wish they had more games for older kids. Lots of little kids sit on the interactive games but are not playing the games and the parents don't watch the kids. But it has good food and the kids have fun. The prizes are a bit of a rip off.
Quite a few machines didn't work. There is no one walking around cleaning the machines and it's warm inside. It doesn't feel relatively sanitary compared to in Roseville,CA. Next time I'll just go to John's incredible pizza.
