Jamba juice in rosedale is always having an issue in every visit. Not giving the right amounts, not having an specific topping, or not the right cup. Can someone check this place?

My husband ordered a Large Strawberry Surfrider with extra Banana (to cut the acidity of the lemon) and I ordered a Small Smooth Talking Mango. The Cashier (a young Gentleman) was extremely Friendly and the Girls that made the drinks seemed very Happy to be there which is a Great sign of Great Management!! Our Drinks were Fabulous!!

Ordered online today.. went to pick up my order at Rosedale Br.. I haven’t even spoken yet when I approached the counter to pick up my order and I was immediately brushed off , said , “will call you”, so I waited. Waited and waited while all the rest of the customers got their orders and even those who came after me..am normally a very patient individual but because my daughter was complaining of hypoglycemia hence the reason I ordered online right away .. quite frustrating this experience.

Staff was Amazing! The Smoothies were great. I also ordered wheat grass 2oz it was good. I think they added sweetener cause it tasted sweet...lol not sure though. But the plate that it was served on was dirty...totally disgusting.. but I still drank it. I should have let them know and that's my bad but still dishes shouldn't be served dirty.
Would still go there again Though!

Arrived 7 15pm and they had the placed closed. When it says they close at 8pm on Sunday's! Unbelievable!!!

Walked in, no one was wearing a mask. The staff weren't wearing masks while preparing the smoothies, it was absolutely disgusting. Maybe they were all vaccinated but it was disturbing that during a pandemic, when we're all under a mask mandate, that this single business felt they were exempt from wearing them. All of the customers cramped inside this busy location weren't wearing masks either. 🤮

Worst customer service ever! The cashiers acts very annoyed and she seems to be on a rush to take the order that she does not even gave me enough time to look at the menu!

Love the spirit, joy, happiness every time we walk in the doors. Greatness in the varieties of juices and flavors offered. Staff is very nice and helpful👍👍This place rocks and I will keep coming back. Don't forget to drop the staff a "TIP" after ordering.
