Try to get get a drink at night and they are closed I believe they closed after 9 pm according to a man standing there but I know I was there at 10 and it looked closed? no idea why they don’t post the hour change very inconvenient for ppl. Great customer service as usual, long single line but don't let that keep you away they are fast, never have an issue here they are the best the Mint shamrock was so good and I always like to ask for an Expresso Shot in my caramel frappe

Never answering phone called and they hung up on me ..... ordered a sausag mc griddle and they didn't put the sausage I see why they don't answer the phone because they are probably messing up all the time who ever is running that place should be fired for incompetence

Went to this place last night after work. There was no sign up and every single outside light was on. They gave no indiction they were closed in the slightest. I wait at the drive-thru for about five minutes before I drive around. As I drive around to the first window I see the lights still on. As I drive to the second window I see the lobby is dark and there is a mop bucket on the floor. But STILL… no indication they are closed.
It would be nice if they do close early to let their customers know. This was absolute poor planning and extremely poor leadership from management. But it is what we’ve come to expect from fast-food places. They show, constantly by their actions, they don’t care about the people they are supposed to serve or anything else. It’s just annoying to keep having to deal with this time and time and time and time again.

My wife went to this location and thire employee Chris was very rude She asked for more ranch and he said I will charge and She paid for the extra he dropped one ranch and even then charged me for that and in the name of large fries he gave me the small one. Some employees gave free ranch and this one charged me. Very bad experience. Bad rude employee. For 10 chicken nuggets and large fries only one ranch. He was behaving like that he or she was giving me his own food. Ridiculous. 0 star for that kind of behavior.. go to another location

Stupidest workers can't put your sauces for your nuggets in the bag. Stupid employees they have. Vant wait till they boycott thus company. They don't take their clients seriously and they mess up the order every time I go there. They shouldn't be getting paid 15 they should be at 11 with the ethics they have.

I don't think it's asking to much when I ask for EXTRA ice for my "ICED" Tea, by the time you put the Tea in all the ice is melted and your the only one in town who doesn't care. I only come here because my bank is right by there, UGH... And could you please teach your people taking orders how to speak, please slow down so I can understand what your saying because it could make a difference in an order.
