Handed me cold coffee and said they can rebrew it… so then I asked for an americano since I couldn’t wait… has no espresso in it and just a cup of cream. Super rude employees and shift supervisor told me to not take pictures of her even though I was only taking the picture below… will never go back.

Disappointed, I avoided mt. Vernon location hoping this location was better! I placed my order 25 minutes before and I get there to my order still being in the ticket holder with 2 other before mine and when I requested to cancel they told me to get in line for a refund, when there were several people in line. At this point I just walked out without my refund. It's inconvenient to order ahead of time on my way to work and still have to wait 2-3 orders before getting mine

Drive thru is garbage, they need to Design a better lot or something because one day they're going to cause and accident because people decide to stand in the first lane closest to the store blocking 1 of 2 lanes in a busy intersection, not to mention that there's a no parking sign, and their within 30 feet of the intersection.

I have no problem telling you that I’m not at all dissatisfied with any aspect of this particular Star Bucks. I don’t go to this one because it’s by my house, they are everywhere, I go to this one because the customer service is always on point and the finished products are always delicious and I appreciate not being in line for what sometimes seems forever at other places. Yes I have recommended this one to you for your own benefit.

Nice establishment with all the amenities that your typical Starbucks carries.
My only complaint is cleanliness.
It seems that every time I sit down at a table, there is always trash or crumbs from previous patrons.
