This is a small food truck with some seating outside. The proprietor is so friendly and fun, you'll be transported right back to India. The food comes super fresh and very authentic. You must try the Lassi. The menu keeps changing, so ask them for the menu of the say. Also, CASH only, so keep some on you. It's totally worth the detour from the highway.
The restaurant ratings speaks for itself. Mouth watering North Indian/ Punjabi food we had on our way to Yosemite from Los Angeles. The food was savory and very delicious. I think they take CASH ONLY, so be prepared to have some cash if you decide to make a stop. 5 star, highly recommended if you like spice.
I visited as a tourist was amazed to eat at the Dhaba. Relished the food. Super yummy 😋 the paneer was very soft. Loved the dal tasks, the Punjabi kadhi was natural Punjabi taste.
The food tastes great here. Feels like Indian homely warm food. This is not right on the freeway. If you are using I5, this is about 5 miles detour.
During the day time it seems quite busy. Keep an hour in hand when you are planning to visit here.
Parking is a bit confusing. Only 4 cars space in front of the eating area. But if you are okey to park your car inside along with the large semi trucks inside then you can do that too and walk to this food truck.
The staffs seemed nice. The food option is less and to my best knowledge it is not fixed. The food tastes great. We had ordered Saag Paneer and butter chicken with roti. Both were Yummy in taste and very warm and filling. Not super spicy.
There wasn't any restroom in the restroom and when it rains the open seating area is not usable and it gets all watery on the tables and floor.
This place is a gem, great Punjabi food. If you are even in the area or driving by Bakersfield, you must try the food here. The food is flavorful and mouthwatering. We tried the paratha and absolutely loved it. Chai and lassi were great too!

If you are missing some authentic North Indian food, this food truck would be the right stop for you. Butter Chicken Masala and the Parathas are just amazing. Taste buds were indulged to the fullest. But keep in mind this place accepts only cash.

I have to tell you we weren't disappointed. It's a food truck kinda a place but there are ample sitting there. It was cold in December at 8pm so It was quite chilly.
We order butter chicken, shahi paneer and roti. It was pretty good. The spice level was pretty high since we requested high.
Didn't expecting this place to be that good. The people were super friendly and desired us to comeback again and we might from LA.
Also they accept cash and the bathroom is little far. But the staff was super friendly and I wish them great luck.
The food was awesome and the environment was great! The food tasted like India and the service was great! I recommend anyone who comes near Bakersville that they should try this restaurant because it will no t get any better than this for Indian food!
