I would give this place 5 stars but I just can’t for the one thing it lacks, cleanliness. They need to hire a deep cleaning company to come through and clean everything. It’s like the restaurant has only been wiped down for the last 40 years and never had the nooks and cranny’s cleaned like they should.
That being said, the food is amazing. Sizzling rice soup is my favorite part of the meal, but everything on the menu I’ve ever tried has been delicious.

This place is excellent. The food is always hot and freshly cooked. The prices are very reasonable. I found this place by accident,I was hungry and didn't want to do alot of driving and found they close to me. It was a good 👍 accident.

Best Salt (and peppers) Shrimp I've had in years. Crab Rangoon was excellent too. Mom and Pop do an amazing job for so many years. One of Bakersfield's hidden treasures.

We found this little restraunt years ago and fell in love with the cuisine. We took my father-in-law who was a vet of several wars, he got a tear in his eye as the food took him back to his overseas memories of good food. He was not one to enjoy many local Aisian restraunts because of being too Americanized, but he absolutely loved it here.

Awesome place to eat, came here on Valentine's day 2-14-18, had a great experience from being seated quickly and the older gentleman and lady who I believe were the owners were very attentive and friendly.
Got the medium sizzling rice soup and mandarin chow mien and was surprised at the large portion of food, was plenty enough to share between 2 people and have leftovers.
Cool atmosphere inside the restaurant as well, lots of unique decorations.
Totally recommend coming here and hope more people recommend the place. We had a Groupon to use here as well which was cool, everything came to just under $22.
Parking is a little bit sketchy, I'd personally try and park in the front, there's also 2 parking lots on either side of the restaurant but has poor lighting and seems sketchy, so park at your own risk.

I was totally impressed by the service and food. I was looking for a sit down type of Asian cuisine and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Sizzling Rice soup is phenomenal, Try the Mandarin Fried Rice and Pan Fried Noodles.
