This place is awful! I ordered on DoorDash and when I got my order I was so excited to eat and there was no bread !! I had to use my own thank God I had some !!! I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed and disgusted DO NOT EAT HERE!

I really dislike this McDonald idk who the cooks are but from what you see in pictures these fries aren’t fresh nor cooked in fresh grease idc if you guys are about to closed you don’t rush food or sell anyone something that’s not fresh. I’m very disappointed every time I order from here either my food isn’t fresh or something is missing from my order. My kids never receive their sauce for their chicken nuggets. Just terrible service someone needs to step in and do something about this. I will never order from here again!

The drive-thru service we recieved from Britney was fantastic! It was her 1st day and she provided great customer service! We had forgotten to order a strawberry shake and she was kind enough to take our order at the window while her manager was telling her to tell us to go around or come in for that one shake..it was a long wait before we even got to the window..and I really didn't want to go around nor inside..Britney took our order and we were on our way! If it wasn't for her going that extra mile my son wouldn't of enjoyed his little strawberry shake! The manager seemed pretty rude!I am rating the customer service we got form a great team leader!

Let's face it. You don't come here for great tasting food. You come here because, it's something fast, nothing else is open, or you have kids who have to have a "Happy" Meal. Everything seems to get smaller and increase in price.

Honestly I always order mcdonald's coffee since I am a broke college student. This place has the best coffee from the other locations I been to! I have been to 3 different mcdonald's in Delano and the mcfarland and hands down. This mcdonald's has the best coffee! Very fast with their curbside.

Wish I could give none but can't so I work with doordash and the lady was very rude and disrespectful to me. And refused to give me my order will not come back to this McDonald's for my own use or for doordash! They are always so rude!!

Went to buy my Pokemon Happy Meal and buy 20 Hot Mustards to send to a friend in South Dakota because the McDonald's in SD doesn't carry the Hot Mustard. They would have reached a 5 star but when I arrived home and started packing the Hot Mustard in a box to get ready to ship I realized they were 2 short and being I paid for them apparently someone doesn't know how to count to 20 let alone 21 because I was missing the BBQ one that came with my nuggets.

Every other McDonald's I go to the employees are so polite, but this one is not. I always make sure to say please and thank you, ma'am or sir, and they are always so rude! And every time I ask for ranch and ketchup they say no!
