Excellent place for meat, the prices are great and the meat is very good. The store is clean and the people that work there are super cool and very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend trying this place. It was our first time in and we will for sure be going back their from now on for our meat.

Not only do they have top notch tube steak, of every flavor, and spice level, under the moon, ( It's sausage, grow up you delightful neanderthals, lol ) its my go to joint every time i cross the cali north/south line through Bakersfield...
It's really the only reason to stop, unless you're low on gas, or high on meth, cause oildale is its neighbor, an them boys also know how to cook... It aint blue, but it will make youre heart explode for a day or two... hhahahahahahahhahahaa
The best meat and SAUSAGE market in Kern county. It looks and reminds me of a old fashioned local meat market from the 50s and 60s.. the selection and quality of the homemade sausages is unequaled and worth the drive. I live in Buttonwillow. The basque sausage and hot italian are my favorite especially when BBQ ed
I have been coming here for over 40 years. This is a friendly small neighborhood store with an old-fashioned butcher shop, you can get any type of meat you want here and the meat is the highest quality grade you'll find anywhere.
Best cuts of meats. Best T-bone, Rib eye and chuck roast. Ect...

I've been in a lot of markets in my life but have to tell you, maybe never in one like this.
The store is beautifully organized with it's products, great meat prices and selections compared to supermarket, lot of fresh sausages of different flavors to choose from or fresh meat cuts of your choice. It is simply just astounding of how this store operates. It is so clean, friendly and courteous staff serving you that if you ever in your life had told me that such a store existed I would easily have laughed in your face for telling such a fable as this. I have no clue who owns, who operates or manages this place but if I had a thousand hat on the top of my head I would raise each one of them in respect and gratitude for his or her service to the community.
