Sweet Wife Baking

My sweet wife and I just had an amazing breakfast at Sweet Wife Baking. I had the Chicken Laser Sandwich and she got the quiche. Both were excellent. My breakfast sandwich was served on perfectly grilled thick white bread, with a delicious mix of scrambled eggs, cheese, and sriracha. Her quiche was crustless, light, fluffy, and also delicious. We got baked goods to go - a maple bacon apple scone & a banana chocolate muffin. Definitely coming back next time we are in Baker City. The service was excellent too, super friendly staff.

I remembered to take pictures BEFORE devouring the deliciousness! We were driving through Baker City on an early Sunday morning looking for coffee. Whoa! This place is perfect. Gorgeous decor, yummy food, excellent coffee. What else do you need in this world? The barista was my favorite ever. Thanks Sweet Wife Bakery for a perfect coffee stop.

The Bahn Mi breakfast sandwich was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten at 9 in the morning. Wait, no it was the cinnamon danish...I can't choose. Everything we ordered was amazing. And then we went back and ordered more. If you are anywhere near Baker City, run to this delightful bakery! I wish I took pictures of the food but we took one bite and couldn't be bothered with picking up our phone.

This place is perfect. Great staff, food, atmosphere. I got one of the breakfast sandwiches and came back the next day for soup and grilled cheese. Their sparkling lemonade is 10/10 AMAZING. I would recommend Sweet Wife for breakfast, lunch, anytime they’re open. Keep in mind the wait time is longer in the mornings, so plan accordingly. :) 10/10

A gem! Delightful and charming place, food and staff! Stopping here on our road trip East was so satisfying that we stopped again on the way back. "How many miles to Sweet Wife?" A special shoutout to Aaron who invented a drink for us on the way out and welcomed us back so warmly on the way back, helping us celebrate my mom's birthday!
