Mulan Garden

Dang I actually wrote his review on the wrong restaurant in town! Though the other one is awesome it’s not where we went tonight. Mulans has the best Pork Buns! My kids will hands down choose Mulan over others for this. Tonight I ordered the Wonton soup “special” and that was a whole meal! You have to wait a bit because they make it right then but sooo worth it!

I have never given a 1 star review but this place deserves it. We ordered a variety of dishes and they have absolutely little or no flavor. Kung Pao - No peanuts, no Kung pao flavor. I have never had this dish, even bad ones, that tastes absolutely nothing like Kung pao. Shocking! Boiled veggies in water is what the dish tastes like. Cashew tofu in garlic sauce - there is no garlic flavor. It tastes just like the Kung pao dish - flavorless. Just a bunch of boiled veggies. The fried rice and lo mein were terrible. The owner refused to acknowledge our feedback and said it is just the way it is. She was rude. The only reasonable thing here was the person taking the order on the phone. He was polite and professional.

The food is of poor quality! The egg flower soup was full of cornstarch lumps and yellow food coloring; it looked fake and it was. The owners son said they use yellow food coloring. Who uses food coloring in soup? The beef in the Mongolian beef was tough And the portions small for the price but you get plenty of rice
